Win A Car - Full Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants to this Competition are bound by the entry instructions and these terms.

2. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of Retail Trust, their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.

3. There will be 1 Competition winner. The winner is entitled to a Ford Ka Style Climate 3dr 1.3v 8v 70PS 5 speed manual in Tango Red. Please note this is a specific car so no changes to the specifications are possible. The car has been registered into the name of the charity and will be re-registered into the prize winners name once the winner has been drawn.

4. The draw for the Ford Ka will take place on 18/12/09. The winner will be chosen independently and at random from all valid entries received from 14/04/09 until 18/12/09. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. The Ford Ka winner will be notified free of charge.

5. The prizes are as stated and no full cash or other alternatives are available. The prizes can only be awarded to persons, other than the winners, with the written permission of the Promoter.

6. Entries will only be accepted by Text. Text the word “RETAIL” followed by a space, the name of the retail company you trust most followed by a space, your email followed by a space and your name to 88010. All entries must be complete to validate the entry. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are incomplete, incorrectly completed or not received for whatever reason. The winners will receive a reply within two working days of the draw with details of how to claim their reward. No responsibility will be accepted by the promoter for any technical or other error that may arise with any entry.

7. No purchase is necessary to enter and text entries cost £1.50 from the UK, plus your standard Network Rate. Number of entries per entrant is unlimited.

8. Closing date for all entries: 18/12/09 midnight.

9. By entering the prize draw, winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required.

10. Name and town of the winner will be available from www/retailtrust.org.uk or to anyone sending a stamped address envelope to “RESULTS, Ford Ka Competition, Marketing Department, Retail Trust, Marshall Hall, Hammers Lane, London NW7 4DQ” between the 18th December 2009 and 1st January 2010.

11. By entering the competition entrants will be deemed to have signed up to The Word, Retail Trust’s monthly e-newsletter. Entrants are free to unsubscribe on receipt without penalty.

12. By entering this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted to receive one text message following their text entry (there will not be a charge for return message).

13. Retail Trust may withdraw this Competition where necessary if circumstances arise that are beyond its control.

14. Retail Trust will receive a minimum of 60% of the value of every entry received.

15. The winner will be randomly selected from text entrants.
